WiFi cuts out regularly
I have been living in my apartment for four months ever since moving in. We’ve had Wi-Fi issues where our connection drops 4 to 5 times per day at random times. Both me and my partner work from home and it is incredibly frustrating. We have had two technicians come out And the problems still persist. The technicians are great people, but Xfinity still has not solved our issue after billing us $200 and technician fees I am at a loss on how to proceed and receive the service that we pay for every month very disappointed.
