WiFi Disabled in Admin

I was reading a forum about connecting to my ring camera, and it said to get into admin and disable 5ghz to connect the camera to 2.4ghz. Once I disabled, I could not connect anything to 2.4ghz, and I cannot get back into admin to enable my WiFi again. I need to get back connected to my WiFi.

Try hardwiring a computer to the gateway with an ethernet cable to access the user interface. Or try using their Xfinity App to access the settings.

Hello user_xsl37n, were you able to test the steps that our totally awesome expert @EG mentioned? If so, are you seeing an error message on your screen when you do access the admin page?
