WIFI Extender Pod

My WIFI Extender Pod appears to be meshing with my neighbor's gateway. When I go to 10.0.0.1 on a PC connected via ethernet cable to my Pod and login in with the default admin password, it shows my neighbor's gateway. (I'm going to let him know he needs to change his password!) If I connect to my home network in my house, going to 10.0.0.1 shows my gateway. My problem is trying to connect to a wireless printer located in my house from a PC located in my workshop and connected to my extender pod. It can't see the printer. Any PC in the house can see the printer fine. Any suggestions?

Good Morning, @user_rt6g4w I do apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you. Please confirm the printer and your workshop PC are on the same network and restart your router, Xfinity Wifi Pod, and printer to refresh the connections. If still no connection, check the printer's Wi-Fi network settings, ensure it's connected to the correct network, and update or reinstall the printer drivers on your workshop PC.-Richard

Everything in house works fine, printer, phones and computers. Workshop pc is connected to same SSID as everything else, but cannot see printer. Have restarted everything with no change. If I replace WiFi extender provided by Xfinity with my own extender, everything works fine. When I have Xfinity extender working and enter 10.0.0.1 in browser on computer in workshop, I connect to my neighbors gateway. When I use my own WiFi extender, 10.0.0.1 connects to my gateway.

user_rt6g4w I appreciate you keeping us posted so we can continue working together. We're a team of experts dedicated to addressing all your questions and concerns, and we'll work alongside you until we reach the best possible resolution. Are you able to see the WiFi Boost pod that your workshop PC connects to when you sign into your Xfinity account? What happens when you troubleshoot your connection with that pod through the app?

user_rt6g4w I appreciate you giving that a try :). When it fails to troubleshoot, what is the error that appears?
