Wifi Half Speed of What I'm paying for
Hello,
Our internet has been slow. I am paying for Gigabit however all phones and computers are only getting 400ish MB download even my laptop wired directly into the modem next to the modem. I have used Xfinity speed test and Ookala. I have also restarted modem and computers. The assistant says there is no outages and wouldn't help further.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support @Poni! We are so glad to hear from you and want to address your service concerns in any way that we can. It is certainly frustrating when you're paying for Gigabit service but experiencing significantly lower speeds across all your devices, even with a direct wired connection to the modem. Since you've already tried the basic troubleshooting steps like restarting your equipment and running speed tests, and the service assistant indicated no outages, the issue likely lies within your local network or the modem itself. No worries! You have reached out to the best team to assist in addressing your connectivity concerns and get things on track. Please feel free to shoot us a private message with your details, and from there we can get the ball rolling.
