WiFi hook up to printer

You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.

Troubleshooting individual devices such as your printer is outside our demarcation, but we can provide steps on how to find and locate your wireless network name and password to ensure you have the correct information for programming the printer. If the printer still experiences issues, we recommend reaching out to the printer manufacturer for support. 

Are you using an Xfinity Gateway rental or a personal wireless router? If you have an Xfinity Gateway, we recommend visiting our 'View and change your WiFi network name and password in the Xfinity app' support page where it will provide steps on locating the information via the Xfinity App. Could you please give these steps a try an let us know if the information being inputted is correct?
