Wifi issues all the time every week

I have had nothing but issues with Xfinity. It's been 4 years and every week there is issues my wifi goes out and supposedly they keep doing maintenance performance on it every week or month. I lose connection all the time. They are just putting bandaids on the issue obviously otherwise the issue would've been fixed already especially in 4 years. The worst service ever don't get Xfinity!!!!!

@user_5tflgx This is not the experience we want for you. While there may be interruptions that are planned we understand how bothersome those unexpected ones can be. We have great tools like the Xfinity app and site for checking interruptions and signing up for notifications when this happens. You can visit the site here. 

 

We can also check the address for further details on what cause the previous interruptions. To do so, just send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started. 

 

To send a direct message: 

 

•  Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary 
•  Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon) 
•  Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
•  Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
•  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
•  Press Enter to send it

We have the same issues where I live. There is always a loss of signal, slower internet, a blinking camera etc. Every week in like forever. Technicians have updates lines on the road, updated connections, nodes,  whatever they can think of. They’ve said that they have a hard time keeping internet flowing in my area. But yet, the monopoly continues in my township. No other provider comes into the area to compete. The only other solution would be 5G and I don’t think anyone has done it yet near me.
