WiFi issues for six months.

WiFi has been goi going in and out for six months. We have had at least four new boxes and mini service representatives to the house. New wiring under the house and outside. Three people told us that the trouble is at the line on the pole. And we will get someone out to check it no one has come out. One day we were without Wi-Fi access for 24 hours. I have grandchildren who do school online and in tears because the Wi-Fi will quit and they can’t access their work or they lose their work. Our daughter works from home some time and will be working from home for two months and she can’t even get Email open and I was told well you probably will have to go sit somewhere else when this happens , we have been a customer of Xfinity for over 20 years and I can’t get this fixed. What can I do to go higher up?
