Wifi / Network Drops every 15-30 minutes

We Recently had a "Network upgrade" in my area this past week, ever since this fabulous upgrade I have had a loss of internet every 15-30 minutes internet drops for about 30-90 seconds then picks back up.

This is happening on WIFI as well as hard wired network.

Modem has been restarted multiple times, takes forever to get back online after a gateway restart.

No issues before these Network upgrade repairs.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Woke up this morning to no internet . Modem will not establish a link. Green light, flashing to orange then solid red light after 10 minutes. 

First available Appt is 2 weeks ??? [Edit: Language]. Time to switch to a better reliable internet provider.

After spending 3 hours on the phone with Xfinity getting transferred to 4-5 diff people, that barely spoke any English, and 2.5 hours in my local store I finally have a New Modem installed. Takes forever to sync and come online (15-20 min) after any restart.

Same issues still happening, Disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes / hours.

Watching any streaming apps gets the circle spinning for 60-90 seconds then resumes.  Kids online playing a video game, they get disconnected from server.

Disconnects / reconnects to Discord. Teams' calls, zoom meetings Disconnects. We have the home phone through Xfinity; calls drop when these disconnects happens.

Browsing the net, Pages freeze until network connection resumes then finally loads pages. 

Getting great speeds otherwise.

Technician scheduled for Monday. We'll see how it goes ....
