Hello @user_etab57. Thank you for reaching out on our community forum. Are you connecting your own modem? Are any of your other devices recognizing your internet signal?
All other devices recognize the wifi. Only one laptop that does not. Of course it's the one I need to use the Internet on.
Guessing it's not a router issue but a PC issue. I have spent 5 hours in the last 2 days trying to remedy. Unfortunately I'm thinking I will have to purchase new laptop.
What is the brand and year of the laptop if you know that by chance?

On Windows devices, you may be able to reset the wifi on the PC directly to see if that helps. In the Windows settings, check for Network or network settings, or network and internet. In there, you should see some Advanced network settings. Check that out. I won't hurt, and it's an easy try.
