Wi-fi Pods not working consistently

I have two pods in between where our gateway is located in the opposite end of the house. I have my phone 12 inches from the pod farthest from the gateway, and though the pod has a green light, slow blinking, I have zero Wi-Fi and my phone is on LTE. However, when I go to Wi-Fi, and see the list of available networks, my network is listed there. If I click on that network, it says unable to join. I have to go into Wi-Fi settings, delete the network entirely, find the network enter the password, etc.

I have an iPhone, and have the same trouble with Alexa, TV, and pretty much any device that is in that end of the house. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

We have had a technician to the house twice, both thinking they have fixed the problem, but here we are.
