I have no idea how to change a router setting from anything to a number six? So no it has not resolved and to be honest our Wi-Fi drops all the time we have had multiple people out here including we've spoken to the supervisor Steve in the Pleasantville system who was supposed to send someone out and no one ever fixes the problem it's the worst service ever so besides the Wii problem we have a major Wi-Fi issue
@user_8w6tqw Thanks for letting me know your internet is also an issue as well. With you having prior techs out I would like to take a closer look at the notes and get a better understanding of what's going on. I would like to deal with the wii problem first because that's a separate issue.
The rest is a waste of time I've had people come out here at three four times telling me they were going to get a different department out here to replace at the top and they've never done it it's just a waste to be honest with you probably after the summer I'm going to switch out of an Xfinity which a lot of people are saying because the service is just awful
@user_8w6tqw This is not the experience we want for any of our customers. I’m sorry to hear this is ongoing for you. Our team is here to help. Please meet me in that direct message for more support.

@user_8w6tqw Were you able to try the link and steps mentioned by @EG? Is the Wii the only device with a connection issue?
