Work VPN connection keeps dropping
I work from home a couple days a week and up until a couple months ago I have never had a problem working remotely with my office VPN. My IT department has checked and said that something is blocking the VPN connection and that it is an Xfinity issue. I'm not understanding what has changed. It is very sporadic when it starts happening. It has happened to my fiance' when he tries working remotely at my house also. It does not help connecting directly via Ethernet, and also does not affect other devices. We have already reached out to another Internet provider, it's too bad we will likely have to leave Xfinity. When I go other places and connect to their Internet on my work laptop, there a are no issues. It is isolated to Xfinity.

This is the same issue I have been experiencing for 2 weeks! No solution from Xfinity
I can’t even get through to talk to anyone!
