Work VPN Connectivity Issues
Me and my roommate both work from home for different companies. A couple of weeks ago we both started experiencing connectivity issues with the VPNs on our work laptops. We will lose connection for brief moments before it comes back on. This is disruptive for me because my phone calling system is linked to the VPN having internet connection.
We had a technician come out on 9/20 who replaced a damaged wire outside and moved the router. We are STILL having issues.
We have a Xfinity Gateway router. We’ve had it in the same location for over a year and we have had ZERO issues until 2 weeks ago.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello, @sport0714 how are you? Hopefully you've been able to stay connected to your VPN. Are you able to share if this happens with a wireless connection or is your device connected to your Xfinity modem with an Ethernet cable? Testing with a device connected directly to the modem with an Ethernet cable is always a good place to start.
