Work VPN Drops 8-10 Times an Hour. Company Says It's an Xfinity/Gateway Issue

I've seen several threads on these forums here, but hoping my own post can help with resolutions or next steps. I was clued in to a potential issue when I discovered the following threads after dealing with the title issue for about a week:

I've also been in contact with my company's IT (as guessed, I work from home and remotely), and have installed all relevant driver updates, and also did a network reset, but the issue of VPN dropping and reconnecting, often up to 10 times an hour, continues to happen. So now I'm wondering if it's an issue with my XB7 Gateway (I've reset this device as well) and it's compatibility with my work computer, though of note, I've had no issues with Wifi or VPN for the last 4 months up until about 2 weeks ago. At first I thought it was just VPN dropping, but actually the WiFi also drops regularly once the VPN drops. All personal and streaming devices have zero issues with WiFi dropping... the issue is solely with my work computer.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
