Working coax outlet in terrible location

Hi there,

I am an Xfinity internet customer and have three coax outlets in my house -- one, in my entryway, one next to my TV, and one in my basement.

When my internet was originally set up, I performed a self-install. After speaking over the phone with a tech, the only outlet we could get to work was the entryway outlet. That was fine for some time.

We have now been in the house a year and want to tidy things up, and don't want anyone tripping on the internet equipment. I traced the line going from the entryway outlet and it goes directly to the Comcast box outside. This appears to be the only line going to the box outside. Separately, a task a few months ago let me to discover some sort of television antenna in my attic, However, I have tested the line in the basement and the line next to the TV, and neither of these lines can pull in a single local channel. That leads me to believe that neither of these outlets are connected to the antenna, otherwise, something would have come in.

My question -- will there be a cost for an Xfinity tech come out and get the internet equipment placed logically next to the TV? I feel like I got the short end of the stick with the self install and the internet box in a silly place.
