XB10 Gateway and MoCA Setup

I recently setup MoCA in my home and have some questions in reference to the network diagram:

• The Xfinity TAP line (from the road) connects to a POE filter (attached: POE-Filter-Xfinity-TAP). This POE filter was installed by Xfinity and is in a box outside my home.
• Inside my home, the Xfinity TAP line connects to my CSMAPDU9VPI 9-port MoCA Splitter In Port through another POE filter. This second POE filter (attached: POE-Filter-Inside) was already there (before I moved in).
• From the VoIP port (of the CSMAPDU9VPI 9-port MoCA Splitter), I connected a 2-way splitter where one Out connects to the XB10 Gateway and the other Out connects to a MoCA adaptor (ScreenBeam ECB7250K02).
  • I connected to the VoIP Out port based on this post (thanks krkaufman!)
  • Previously, I was using another random Out port from the CSMAPDU9VPI splitter. MoCA worked BUT the max upload speed was around 100MB whereas my plan has up to 250MB).
  • Using the VoIP Out port of the CSMAPDU9VPI splitter enables me to get 250MB upload speed per my Xfinity plan.
• The other Out ports from the CSMAPDU9VPI splitter connect to other MoCA adaptors (ScreenBeam ECB7250K02) via Coax in respective rooms which in turn connect to end devices via CAT6 cables.
• Unused Out ports from the CSMAPDU9VPI splitter have a 75 Ohm terminator

Through speed tests (e.g. fast.com), I am able to get between 1.5GB and 2 GB download speeds (sometimes bursting to 2GB+), and 250MB upload speed.

Questions:

1. Do I need the second POE filter – the one connected to the In port of the CSMAPDU9VPI splitter? Recall this second POE filter existed before I moved in.
2. Is this a more optimum or efficient way to setup the XB10 gateway with MoCA? I know it works (via speed tests) but since this was my first time doing it (and after reading many posts), I wanted to find out if I have an efficient setup or if there is a simpler way of doing it.
3. For end devices that do not have an Ethernet port, is there a USB-C to Ethernet adaptor that you recommend?
