I want to get the new XB10, store said it’s not available and laughed. I am on the fastest plan, 1.2 GB. I read different messages online. Please let me know what I need to do to get one. Thanks.

You're right, the XB10 is a very new piece of equipment, and its availability depends on a few key factors:
XB10 Availability
Network Upgrades: The XB10 is designed for our latest network technology. So, whether you can get one often depends on if your specific area has been upgraded to support it.
Speed Plan: While you're on our fastest 1.2 GB plan, which is great, the XB10 is specifically for areas with even higher speeds or certain network configurations.
Limited Stock: Currently, the XB10 is available in limited quantities as we roll it out. This means it's not widely available at all locations just yet.

Xfinity has been lying to xfinity internet customers for decades and that's nothing new with them because i'm on the X2 2100 down 300 up internet plan and been trying to get my hands on the XB10 cable modem and Xfinity Rep Nandini told me in the chat that i could get it because it was available and even set me up a tech appointment without asking me first and i know that the XB10 isn't available where i live because i called and spoke to an Xfinity rep here in the United States and she confirmed that it's not available at my residential area the point i'm trying to make is that xfinity needs to stop lying to it's xfinity internet customers and getting there hopes up on getting the xfinity xb10 cable modem xfinity doesn't even know what the XB10 Cable Modem looks like and i saw the design of it when they released the images of it last year.
