Why is it difficult for the chat agents to send the correct modem!?
I'm having trouble with my previous modem, so the chat agent said xb8 and xb10 were available so i picked xb10. It came in the mail and i got a used XB8.
This happened twice and i'm at the wits of my end. I can't keep going to the ups store or xfinity store to return items. 18 years of being a customer. Please help!!

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience. To clarify, has your area been upgraded to the FDX area for the symmetrical download and up load speeds?
As the Xb10 is only available for customers who get the symmetrical upload speeds.
