XB7-CM slow wifi and ethernet ports not working

Hello,

I just started my Xfinity service yesterday and picked up the router the same day. Initially, I had no internet connection and after spending a significant amount of time with chat support, I was finally able to get it working. However, the speed is disappointingly slow - only around 40-60 Mbps.

Additionally, I’ve see now that none of the ethernet ports on the router are providing an internet connection, which is extremely frustrating.

Please help resolve these issues as soon as possible.

So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
