Summary

Please provide release notes with firmware updates so customers know what has changed; such as bug fixes, security updates, and new features.

Expectations

Release notes should be publicly available when an update gets pushed out. This way customers know of changes like; issues fixed, if some setting or information was moved/changed, or to be aware of new features.

Level of detail

I would expect some level of detail, more than just "includes bug fixes and security updates".
Some examples of expected level of details:

* Bug fix - X device would disconnect randomly on 6Ghz.

* Improvement - Resigned port forwarding UI.

* Feature - Added 320mhz Wifi bandwidth support.

* Security - Addressed CVE-[Year]-[Number]

    - Security details are of course sensitive, so disclosing only "addressed Wifi security issue" until there is a 100% rollout would be understandable.

Scope

To be clear, this topic isn't about being able to upgrade/downgrade firmware, simply just that release notes are publicly available for them.
