XBOX FRIENDS LIST

Hello All,

Ever since upgrading my access point device to the Technicolor SB8 provided by comcast my friends list on the XBOX Series X does not refresh. Sometimes takes 30 min.'s to an hour. All necessary ports are open or forwarded and I've checked all the security settings to the point that I've place the XBOX in the DMZ so it wouldn't be interfered with. This still has not resolved the issue. 

Access Point is hardwired to the XBOX.

Any idea's of what could be happening?

JDZIII Thanks for reaching out with you Xbox connection concern. We would be happy to help locate what is causing the problem. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

@XfinityEricB​ High EricB, Thank you for reaching out. Although I did all that it it just gives me my account number in the chat box and nothing happens. To me honest, chatting with a BOT on that thing didn't help me originally when I made my first attempts. When I have some time I'll try to navigate through the BOT [Edited: Language] self help menu and try to get a person. No ones ever been able to tell me what else it might be but I think it might be on Xfinity's end. Let me know if there's something else I can do to fix this.
