Xfinity 1gig plan with coda 56 locked at 40mbps upload

I recently started my service with Xfinity, I'm offered 2 gig service and I should be able to get increased upload speeds but seem to be locked to 40mbps. I should be able to get increased speed. I recently upgraded to a CODA56 but still seems to be capped. Would appreciate any help.

Hi there @junhawng! Are you still experiencing issues with your uploads speeds and the new device?

Did you recently update your plan to match the newer speeds or have received a notification that this is available in the area?

We can double check your current plan and location eligibility. Can you please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started?

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

I just did this a week ago. Im on the 2 gig plan using Arris S33v2 getting 2.4gb down, 40Mbps up. I upgraded to the coda56 using the app and still same speeds. Spoke to xfinity assistant and it said there was a provisioning issue, it pushed an order and now upload is 360-380Mbps.
