Xfinity blocking connection to company websites

Cannot connect to company websites I manage When on laptop or mobile unless wifi is off on mobile. 

no issues with site setup, DNS, internal firewall, ISP address being blocked, etc

how can I speak to a live person

@XfinityPeterH​ I’ve had four phone calls with them, a replaced modem, a visit to a store (they told me I had to go) and the problem persists. Only these two websites, only when connected to my modem.

When accessing the company sites, are you connecting via a VPN?  Are these sites accessible normally irrespective of the VPN connection?
