Xfinity Fiber modem X5001 activation issue

Our apartment is pre-installed Xfinity Fiber modem X5001. I placed a new Internet order, but activation failed via either app or the agent. They always ask for CM MAC to activate, but this modem does not come with it, it has EPON MAC, eMTA MAC and WAN MAC. Some people mentioned it is not listed as compatible modem in xfinity website. 

So now, what I gonna do? placed an order, but cannot activate

First, try the "EPON MAC". No joy, try the "WAN MAC". If you have their voice service, you may need to activate that separately with the "eMTA MAC". Good luck !
