Xfinity Gateway login Information

hello I forgot my gateway login information after I already changed it, I tried factory resetting and using the password on the bottom of the router but it didn't work.

Are you holding in the reset button for at least 25-30 seconds ?

yes i held it down forf 45 seconds and it was supposed to flash green i believe? it did not

abbas27wifi after resetting the modem to default settings is the default network name showing up on your devices?

It may be malfunctioning. Consider getting it swapped out for another. Good luck !
