Xfinity has reported very unusual activity on my data plan. 

I am writing to report unusual activity detected on my data plan. Recently, I received a notification indicating very unusual usage patterns. This activity is unexpected, and I am concerned about potential unauthorized usage or a technical issue with my account.

Could you please investigate this matter and provide me with more details? I would appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue and ensuring my data plan's security.

Started monitoring my devices, it appears to me that comcast is implementing intentionally jacking up internet usage, which will be very illegal.

Listed all my devices and its usage and tracking the usage.

Every few hours, Usage is increasing started yesterday night 09/17/2024  around 11 PM  it is 924 GB and not it showing me as 953 GB as of 9/18/2024 5 PM

@satishp At this time data usage is verified by an independent, third-party auditor. The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance.
