XFINITY HOTSPOT NOT WORKING

Hello, I’m having issues connecting to my xfinity hotspot via hotspot pass I got 2 weeks ago. It’s been an ongoing issue for the past 2 days, I live in Chelsea, MA 02150

MercsWTFF Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your WIFi pass, and hopefully this information will help. Our NOW WiFi Pass service is a prepaid service that we don't have access to in order to assist. Support for this service is only done through our online Xfinity Assistant. This tool will assist with your pass concern.
