Xfinity internet and voice outages during rainstorms

I’ve had numerous technicians come to my home and everything from my Internet line from the electrical pole leading to my home and the modem have all been replaced yet I’m still experiencing outages without fail during rainstorms. This has been an ongoing battle with Xfinity for 3 years now and now my services are dropping so frequently that it’s becoming dangerous to me and my elderly grandmother. I have been told by various technicians that the mainline may be the issue and nothing has been done about it. Your call center in India just sees my number and hangs up on me now, and I’m giving you all one final chance to survey and repair the mainline leading to my home before I stop paying for your services and consult my lawyer about taking legal action as I’ve recently fallen during an outage and was on the floor for 1 hour without means of communication to get help.
