Xfinity Internet

So I’ve had Xfinity services for about 3 years now. I’ve had maybe 30 visits this year so far alone. I’ve spoke to “advanced” technical support(no help at all). I’ve spoken to many managers and supervisors in my area(Houston/galena park) and yet no ones told me anything, the manager who I was speaking to, stop replying after their failed attempt to “fix” the issue. A supervisor technician has asked me to stop requesting technicians and told me to contact him only. A maintenance manager who was supposed to “fix it” stopped showing up. A network manager who couldn’t fix it, also stopped calling me. I’ve contacted them to the forums, only for them to say the same thing about “we will update you”(they never do). But somehow, someway, they still demand I pay them monthly for their “services” when I’m not even getting what I’m paying for.
