Xfinity outage

My phone TV Internet went down 3 days ago. I tried multiple times to reset the modem, disconnect and reconnect coax  cable. It blinked yellow or green but never reconnected.

I scheduled a tech visit fur today. But the customer service rep scheduled it fur tomorrow instead. This will be 3 days w/o any phone TV or Internet. I also noticed our TV picture has been glitchy.

Cannot figure out what's wrong. No known local ourages. First time in yrs this has happened to me with Xfinity.
