Xfinity support

My service is terrible. My modem reboots between 2 and 10 times a day. We both work from home and this is completely unacceptable. I’ve replaced the modem twice, worked with someone via chat and I’m done. Someone please contact me to fix this. If the first thing you tell me is to restart it I’m canceling the service after being a loyal customer for 12 years.
