Hi there. We know being without service for more than 24 hours is incredibly frustrating, especially when there is no visible storm damage or repair crew nearby. The source of an interruption can be located elsewhere in the network, so crews may not be working directly in your neighborhood. Some repairs can also be completed remotely.
Please sign in through the Xfinity app or visit the Xfinity Status Center to check the latest estimated restoration time and sign up for text updates. If the interruption is no longer listed but your service has not returned, unplug the gateway for one minute, reconnect it, and let us know what color the light displays.
