Xfinity support

No internet service, appointment is a week out. My service was out last Sunday technician came out Friday, it is not working again today, next appointment not till next Friday! That’s two weeks I cannot work from home! This is terrible service! The equipment is bad I just need a new router, it doesn’t power on. I should be able to go to the Xfinity store to pick one up not wait a week for a technician to bring one!
