Xfinity Techs Fail to Fix Issue Time and Time Again
Ive had 2 Technicians come out for the same issue and they've still failed to resolve the issue contacted for. Ive been losing connection to WiFi for over a year now due to high packet loss and slow signal. Both techs that came out tested the tap from the Junction Box right outside my home, and showed me the interference detected on their tablet and gave me a new Gateway which clearly doesnt fix anything. Ive been getting multiple text messages throughout the week for months now that theyre working on maintenance in my area to fix issues but have never seen an Xfinity Van anywhere near my neighborhood and the issue still persists! Ive even went out and purchased an Xfi Pod despite me qualifying for a free pod through Xfi Complete which was never received. If this is the level of service you guys offer to long term customers id like to cancel service right away.

Clearly if there is poor signal at the network interface at your home, nothing done after that point is going to fix it. Throwing a new modem at it only gives the tech something to write on his ticket as an attempt to fix it. Adding a POD will only make the poor service available over a wider area. [Edited: "Soliciting"], as it appears Comcast is not interested in fixing the issue.

Hey @Chaddd, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to assist in troubleshooting the Xfinity Internet services. Could you please visit out 'Tips for troubleshooting your Xfinity Internet connection' support page and follow the steps to review the cable signal levels? Once you find them, could you please post them here for review? We hope to hear from you soon.
