Xfinity Won't Remove Block Of Personal Website

For the past few weeks my personal website, [Edited: "Possible malicious url"]has been blocked from my Xfinity residential service; accessible everywhere else. I've used spa.xfinity.com to report this, but Xfinity will not remove the block. My hosting company, HostPapa, has thoroughly scanned the site multiple times, reports zero malware, and has sent me a PDF of their findings, however, Xfinity provides no way on their web form for me to submit this PDF to their team. And they so far have not provided me with any reason why they will not remove the block. I'm feeling that I'm dealing with AI, not a real person -- anyone know of an email address where I can reach a human who can help resolve this?

Three security vendors out of many scanned through Virus Total said your website was suspicious or has a security risk. On my end running Linux if I proceeded anyway to your site, nothing suspicious appears to me with your website. I get the warning on my end on Advanced Security and clicking on proceed anyway got me there. If you are having issues on your end on your personal computer you can turn off Advanced Security on your router and it will not warn you but its not suggested to do so.

Although I did not see anything wrong with your site I am going to Timeshift my system now to be on the safe side.

Thanks sailorbear -- this is a website made with my provider's website builder and shouldn't have any funky code; moreover the site has been up for years and is all of a sudden being blocked for a reason Xfinity won't share. I've tried to turn off Advanced Security on my router but that hasn't helped for whatever reason (we also have a Comcast Business router here at our apartment for my wife's business which has to be separate from residential, would I have to turn off Advanced Security there too?) Any idea how to get in touch with an actual tech at Xfinity, or an email address where I can send the security report from Host Papa? Thanks!
