Your home internet is offline

Hello Team,

facing frequent disruption in accessing internet. Internet is going on/ off at its will and is coming online after 11 pm cst daily. The is happening over last 4 days.

from the Xfinity app the below message is coming up

” unplug your gateway or modem/ router wait 30 seconds then plug it back in” tried at least 10-15 times with no luck 

any help on this is highly appreciated
