I have an XB7 Gateway that is working fine! It has 4 RJ-45 sockets at the bottom of the backside for devices to plug in. The socket in the bottom right of that group of 4 has an orange stripe beside it. Does that mean it is only providing 100Gbs connectivity there? When I connect a device via that s

This from the User Manual! "Link/Act LEDGlows amber when the LinkStation is connected to a network at 10/100 Mbps, or 2.5 Gbps. It blinks when the connection is experiencing activity.Link/Act LEDGlows green when the LinkStation is connected to a n

Well, that's a surprise. So you think that the amber LED is indicative of 1000 or better Gbps? That's pretty confusing. I have a support email logged with the device support to see what they say. I'll add to this thread if I get a reply.

OK - CAT7 plugged in to the orange stripe port. The other end is into a 2.5GBASE-T port. Throughput is advertised as 2.5Gbps / 1000 Mbps / 100 Mbps / 10 Mbps. Amber LED is illuminated! 🥺

I've got a CAT 7 and will try that - will post result later! Thanks for this clarification!

I purchased a movie and would now like to remove it from my X1 DVR. How do I do this?

I'm surptised that there are no answers offered here. Is this not possible?

I have an X1 cable box that is connected to my TV through an HDMI cable. I'd also like to stream that sound to my hearing aids, but I cannot get any audio feed through the Audio out mini jacks on the back. Is this not the correct way to get that audio feed to my hearing aid streamer?

Hearing Aid manufacturer (Starkey) tells me that they will only pair with devices that have MFI compliant bluetooth, so I'm not sure that they would work with the X1 4, but if I wanted to try, would I just take my device to the nearest Comcast office
