I sent my device to you and tracking shows it was received Dec 11, yet here we are at def 18 and status so shows not received. How long does this take? I want my trade it in credit on my new phone so I won't get charged extra on my bill

I have the same issue here. I sent 2 trade in phones in Dec 3. And both of them were received in Dec 7. For now I only received credit for one phone. I don't hear any updates for the other phone. I called and chatted with multiple agents. The answer
