Can't Cancel Peacock Subscription

I'm trying to cancel my peacock subscription that came with my internet package, however whenever I try to access the the subscription management page by going to this page https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/addon/channel it gets stuck in a reloading loop and never displays anything. At the moment its impossible for me to cancel anything myself and I don't want to get charged for another month.

Can someone please help me out?

@user_vgfa1n Yes, the standard Peacock Premium subscription that comes with Gigabit Internet service will expire at the end of the promotional offer period. Customers who downgrade or cancel their Xfinity Internet service will lose access to Peacock Premium, as they no longer qualify for the promotional offer. If they wish to continue accessing Peacock Premium after losing eligibility, they must resubscribe at the regular rate of $7.99 per month.

@user_vgfa1n Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to create a post.

How to Manage your Peacock subscription on Xfinity

If you sign up for Peacock through your Xfinity X1, Xumo Stream Box, or Xfinity Flex TV Box, you’ll be billed by Xfinity, and you can manage your Peacock subscription plan through your TV Box! This includes viewing, upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your subscription.

If you signed up for Peacock directly with Peacock, you’ll be billed by Peacock and can use your existing credentials to log in on X1, Xumo Stream Box, or Flex. However, you’ll need to visit peacocktv.com to manage your subscription.

For sign up instructions, how to access the app and available devices, see Peacock app on Xfinity Flex, Xumo Stream Box, and Xfinity X1.

Note: If you receive Peacock Premium through a promotion (as a NOW TV, Gigabit Internet or Xfinity Rewards customer), you can only upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus through your online account at xfinity.com/account. The instructions below do not apply. See Peacock Premium promotional offers overview for details.

Check the status of your Peacock subscription

If your Peacock subscription is billed by Xfinity, you can check the details of your subscription.

  1. Go to Settings on your Xfinity X1 TV Box, Xumo Stream Box, or Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box.
  2. Go to the Apps & Subscription menu.
The Settings page is displayed with Apps & Subscriptions selected.

    • You can also find this menu by saying, “Manage Peacock” into your Xfinity Voice Remote.

If you’re billed by Xfinity for your Peacock subscription, you’ll see:

  • The recurring price.
  • The renewal date.
  • Options to manage or cancel your service.

Change (upgrade or downgrade) your Peacock subscription

To upgrade or downgrade your Peacock subscription:

  1. View your subscription status.
    • See the Check the Status of Your Peacock Subscription section above for details on how to do this.
  2. Choose Peacock to the left.
  3. Select Change plan.
Screenshot of the Manage Flex subscriptions page for Peacock with options at the bottom to Launch Peacock, Change plan or Unsubscribe. Change Plan is selected.

  4. Select a plan and select Next.
  5. Confirm your new plan by selecting Change plan
  6. Select Okay to exit.

Note: When upgrading your Peacock subscription, you'll be charged a prorated amount on your Xfinity account immediately. When downgrading your subscription, you'll see the new monthly rate on your next billing cycle.

If your Peacock subscription isn’t billed by Xfinity, visit Peacock's Help Center for more information.

If you have any issues logging in to your Peacock account, please contact Peacock Customer Support.

Cancel your Peacock subscription

To cancel your Peacock subscription:

  1. View your subscription status.
    • See the Check the Status of Your Peacock Subscription section above for details on how to do this.
  2. Select Unsubscribe.
  3. You'll see a second page, where you'll select Unsubscribe to continue.
    • If you continue, you'll still have access to your subscription through the date displayed.
      • You'll also no longer be charged.

Thanks for replying but my account is billed through Xfinity and I don't have a Xfinity TV box so these instructions don't apply. The only place I could possible manage anything is from your website and as far as I can tell the only place available to change subscription is on the link I provided earlier which is broken.
