Trying to get a Tech to come to my house

After a couple of hours trying to get a live person on the phone, I'll try this. I had a new roof put on my house, and the installers severed the cable to my bedroom. I can see it hanging there. I need someone from xfinity to reconnect it. What's the secret to getting some sort of response from this company?

Hey there, user_qnqqyu, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your connection. We would be happy to help with getting that outside line issue resolved for you!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
