Login Issues

Like many here, I have had my comcast email since the 1990's.  Sometimes lately I have been able to get into my mail if I do it on a daily basis. 

But I can't always do that so when I skip a few days I have to fight to get back in.  It takes at least 3-4 times when they send a code to my phone. but tonight it did not work after 4 times.  It is very discouraging to try and get to my email.  And one problem I have is that I don't have the skills to be able to fix my email problems without help.  SCamp

Good evening @user_rinw7q! Thank you for reaching out to us! I noticed your concern was a little different compared to the thread you initially posted in, so I converted it to a post.

 

Just to confirm, are you signing in to the email through our site here? If so, what error message or error code appears when the code needs to be sent again?
