2 Product Discount

One of the reasons that I switched to Xfinity Mobile, was that there was a 2 product discount (Xfinity Mobile + Xfinity TV/Internet) of $20 per month.  I just heard this month, that the $20 discount has been reduced to just $10.  Is that correct?  If so, that's enough to spur me to move my cell plan to a different carrier.

The mobile was never part of the multi product discount. That service is always billed separately from the in home services. It was $20/mo for TV/Internet and is now $10 on all the new plans. But part of those new plans also lower the cost of the TV related fees and waived the first box charges. So a large majority of customers save money despite the lower multi product discount. But mobile service has no impact on that discount.

Thanks to user_tntvo1 for sharing their past experience.  It just corroborates what I was told many years back when I signed up with Xfinity Mobile.  So I think my question is still valid:  If I discontinue with Xfinity Mobile, will I lose the multi-product discount (was $20, now going to just $10)?  Or will I retain it because I have both internet and TV?  I would appreciate it, if Xfinity would take a closer look at this, and verify for me what the two product discount is for.  Thanks!

Hello @user_ec4d2c, you're speaking with some well tenured folks as well. There was not a multi-product discount for Xfinity mobile, but there were bottom of the bill discounts applied. This is different from a multi-product discount because bottom of the bill discounts expire. If you do not see a mobile discount on the PDF version of your Xfinity bill, you are not receiving a bottom of the bill discount. You can review the PDF version of your Xfinity internet bill by following the instructions in the article below.  With that being said, you will not lose the multi-product discount if you part ways with xfinity mobile.
