RE: Xfinity TV Remote App going away

Do you think annoying your customers by making them constantly having to repeat voice commands because the remote doesn’t understand them is a good idea? Do you think annoying your customers by making them scroll down the guide through channels they don’t have or don’t like is a good idea? Do you think annoying your customers by having them constantly push a button on the refurbished remote you gave them because the button keeps sticking is a good idea?  Do you think making your customers waste gas and time to constantly change the refurbished remote is a good idea?  I assume you think all of these is a good idea since you took the remote app away. This app solved all these issues. Annoying your customers is NOT a good idea. You need to bring the app back!
