Enhanced Speed Market - Still Seeing Previous Speed

Hi there, I am having the exact same issue with an S34 - activated okay but stuck at the old (SB8200) speeds ~450 down and 40 up. Can you help please?

Thanks for your response, yes I have done that and also had a technician on chat trying to help. We bypassed the router and went directly to the modem with ethernet cable to PC but the speeds actually were worse! I only got ~90mbps up and down when connected to the modem.

The technician did push a 'provisional file' up to the S34 but it did not change anything. I have checked all the cables for damage or kinks etc but they look fine.

Any more thoughts?
