Maintenance - service interruptions happening every week for 2+ months

For the past couple of months, I've noticed my internet has gotten service interruptions usually at night just about every week. Xfinity says they are "planned" outages in my area but it's now happening consistently every week and earlier in the night. Can I find out what exactly is being done, since now the interruptions are starting right before midnight.
